I thought it might be possible to find a kind, community minded garden service to maintain the site free of charge (I know its a lot to ask) but I struck gold on my 1st attempt, meet Al's Gardening Service who has agreed "without a moments hesitation I might add" to take on the job. So perhaps if anyone needs a gardener you might consider him.

Very pleased to say its here at last 82 years after he lost his life defending us, big thank you to Portsmouth city council for the support.
Now I need to find a way to tidy (Keep tidy) the site, perhaps a mobile gardening service could adopt the task. Friends of Stansted Park have asked for my ideas about the memorial or possibly memorials to Sergeant Jenssen and other pilots lost in Stansted, so its thinking time.
Great news, I have a meeting booked next week at Stansted to discuss Flight Sergeant Jenssen's memorial plaque to discuss Flight Sergeant Jenssen's memorial plaque, very happy.
Have approached PCC with a view to adding a information board for Hubert Adair on Portsdown Hill. Have emailed Stansted park and friends of Stansted park to see if we can upgrade the sign for Flight Sergeant Sigurd Gerhardt Jenssen from this to this
So at the moment I'm trying to get the six crash sites added to Google maps so they are listed forever, I've asked PCC if its possible to erect a story board at the crash site on Portsdown hill and I've email Stansted Park to ask if its possible to upgrade the signage for the Norwegian in their forest, all so far with no luck but hey ho..
